The Hamilton Police Service BEAR Unit is looking for the public’s assistance.
On Sunday March 10, 2014 at 2:20 am, Al Simmons Gun Store, located at 122 Locke Street South, was broken into by three males. Several firearms were taken in the entry but were recovered shortly afterwards by Police.
The suspects used a stolen car to smash through the front of the building to gain entry and once inside they quickly grabbed several firearms before fleeing the area on foot.
Of note, the suspects left behind a large black hockey bag with white trim featuring a stitched Penguins logo on it along with the number 9.
